Osmania

OSMANIA (OSMANIEH): The Turks established a large civilian internment camp for Armenians in 1915 in Osmania. The city was located in the Vilayet of Adana, north of Adana on the Saron Su. In 1915, the Turks collected 50,000 Armenians at Osmania and assembled them in a camp of tents near the railroad tracks.
